Leaving the Armed Forces can throw up lots of challenges.
Transitioning out of the Armed Forces is a big change for service personnel and their families. Whether you are currently transitioning or want to know more in preparation for the process, there is guidance and support available to you.
We have created helpful guides to support people in the Armed Forces and their families to transition and resettle into civilian life.
