Royal British Legion – Gender Pay Gap Data

All large organisations with over 250 employees are legally required to calculate and publish their Gender Pay Gap data online.

We have just published our Gender Pay Gap data for the snapshot date of 5th April 2017*.

Like most organisations there are a number of issues influencing our gender pay gap, including the diverse range of roles required across the organisation and the difference in the numbers of men and women within those roles. Having said that, we are absolutely committed to reducing the gap. There is already some work underway -  including a review of our pay and benefits -  and we are developing a comprehensive action plan to address the issues raised.

*Please note the figures do not include the National Memorial Arboretum – as they are a separate legal entity and therefore have to be excluded.
