Our information volunteers are based at Pop In Centres and community outreach centres across the country, providing face-to-face support and advice.
As an information volunteer you will be helping serving and ex-serving personnel as well as people who want to find out more about RBL. In this role you will gain experience of being in a customer-facing environment working directly with the people we support.

Advice & Information Volunteer
Our caseworker volunteers are based in our Pop In Centres and community outreach centres across the country as well as visiting people in their homes.
As a volunteer caseworker you will play a key role providing practical and emotional support to serving and ex-serving personnel and their families when they need it most.

Care Home Volunteer
We have six care homes across the country for the Armed Forces community and their families. As well as supporting our care home team, you can provide much needed companionship and friendship to our residents.
There are a variety of volunteering roles in on our care homes, including: helping with fundraising and marketing, coordinating social activities, visiting and befriending residents plus helping with odd jobs, such as gardening or painting.
Our care home volunteer roles are open to anyone over the age of 18, and require a DBS check.
