Ways to volunteer

We rely on our volunteers to help us support serving and ex-serving personnel and their families.

There are many ways to get involved and you don’t need to be a member or have any links to the Armed Forces to volunteer with us.

Find out how just a little of your time can make a big difference.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Royal British Legion.

As a result of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic and following advice from the Government, we have currently paused our recruitment for some of our volunteering opportunities. Please keep checking our website for updates. Thanks for your continued support.

Poppy Appeal volunteers

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept any volunteers for the 2020 Poppy Appeal but you can help friends get hold of their poppy.
