Join us on our ultimate UK sportive: ride, remember, and take in Kent’s historic landmarks.

Take on Poppy Ride Kent and enjoy one of the most scenic and rewarding rides in the region. Along the way, you’ll pass the remarkable Battle of Britain Memorial – a powerful reminder of the bravery and sacrifice of the “Few”.

Beyond a cycling event, Poppy Ride Kent is a testament to remembrance and camaraderie. Join fellow cyclists, honour the past, and create lasting memories while fundraising for the Royal British Legion.

Our expert team has everything covered so, no matter your experience, you can focus on the road ahead. From well-marked routes to top-notch support stations, our team ensures your journey is smooth, safe, and memorable.

Choose the right route for you

Whether you're taking your first spin in the cycling world or you're a seasoned pro, Poppy Ride offers three professionally designed routes - each catering to different skill levels*.

Choose the one that suits your pace and experience:

Short Route

At roughly 40km long, this route is an easier ride through quiet roads in the Kent countryside, an ideal introduction to anyone new to organised road cycling events. Please note the distance may be subject to change.

Medium Route: Scenic Adventure

At roughly 100km long, this is an ideal route for both experienced cyclists and those wanting to push themselves on a journey through parts of beautiful Kent. Please note the distance may be subject to change.

Long Route: Legion Legend

At roughly 150km long, this is the most challenging Poppy Ride route, which is comparable to the longest day on our iconic Pedal to Paris event. Choose this route and become a Legion Legend. Please note the distance may be subject to change.
