Our People and Legal directorate – comprising teams that include Human Resources, Learning and Organisational Development, Legal, Governance, Public Affairs and Public Policy, and Health and Safety – are central to ensuring this happens, and
that our people operations run efficiently both internally and externally.
In addition, we also have our Membership team who supports our 180,000-strong member community, and our Volunteering team who ensures our volunteer workforce of over 50,000 have the relevant tools and support. Meaning the work you’ll do here will impact lives right across the country.
