When will I find out if I have received a charity place for the Royal British Legion London in the TCS London Marathon for 2022?
The Royal British Legion will be assigning places on a rolling basis and will let everyone know if they’ve been successful.
When will I receive my official race day information?
The final instructions magazine will be posted to you around four weeks before the event day. For the most up-to-date information, please do keep an eye on their website.
When will I receive my race number and timing chip?
You will need to collect your marathon pack from the TCS London Marathon EXPO on either the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday before the marathon. Please refer to the London Marathon website for timings closer to the event day.
All runners must attend the London Marathon Expo in order to collect their running number and timing chip. Failure to collect your race number will result in you unfortunately being unable to take part.
What's in my pack?

What if I need to update my personal details?
Please email email@example.com with your name, date of birth, telephone number, old address and new address. Please do not call the helpdesk with changes of address as these can only be processed by email.
What should I do about travel and accommodation?
It goes without saying that it’s worth booking your accommodation sooner rather than later. Think about whether you want an easy journey to the starting zone (Greenwich Park) or if you want a shorter journey at the end (staying near the finish line in Central London).
