A Walk to Remember
To mark 100 years since the end of the First World War, our centenary event, A Walk to Remember, invites you on a private Royal British Legion expedition.
Climb the iconic London O2 Arena and help to provide welfare services for our Armed Forces community.
This high rising challenge will take you on an epic 90 minute climb across the roof of the O2, along a 190m long walkway.
Once you reach the halfway point you’ll have spectacular 360° view of the city looking out over the Olympic Park, Thames Barrier, The Shard, Historic Royal Greenwich and Canary Wharf before your descent down to the base of the venue at the other side.
Each participant will be expected to raise a minimum of £150 which will go towards The Royal British Legion and providing welfare services such as our Admiral Nurses, Battle Back Centre, Care Homes and Grants scheme to help our Armed Forces community and their families.
Each participant will receive:
- Fundraising support from a dedicated member of staff
- Free branded Royal British Legion ‘Live On’ t-shirt
- Participant goody bag
- Certificate of completion
- USB stick with your event images
