When you make a donation via one of our contactless terminals (attended or unattended) or QR codes, a small fee is deducted to cover the secure handling of card payments and the technology that enables us to accept cashless donations safely and efficiently.
These fees cover the secure processing of card payments, ongoing management of our donation equipment, and the technology and support that enable safe and reliable cashless giving.
No commission or incentive payments are made to fundraisers for donations received through these methods.
We continually review our suppliers and processing costs to ensure fees remain competitive, so as much of every donation as possible goes directly towards delivering vital support to the Armed Forces community.
