80 Years On
On 15 August, we marked the 80th anniversary of VJ Day and the end of the Second World War with a commemoration at the National Memorial Arboretum.
We were honoured to be joined by Second World War veterans who served in the Far East and Pacific, along with Their Majesties The King and Queen.
Featuring 400 members of the Armed Forces, the commemoration included musical performances, veteran testimonies and a Red Arrows flypast.
