How we use your personal data
We take your privacy seriously and we will only use the information you have provided on this form to register the attendance for yourself and additional attendees for our membership meet-ups.
We will hold your personal data for 6 months after the last event has ended.
We will not share your data and promise to keep your personal information safe and secure. Contact information provided may be used explicitly for feedback purposes in order to improve future membership events. By providing contact information, you are consenting for yourself and additional attendees to be contacted by email for feedback purposes.
Please note that photography will be taking place at these events. If you have any concerns regarding photography, please contact meetups@britishlegion.org.uk.
We may approach you to take individual and/or group photographs of you with your consent. These images may be used for marketing purposes to promote RBL activities. We will ensure that your photograph is kept for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was taken, and is securely destroyed in accordance with our retention schedule.
The image will remain the property of the Royal British Legion and will be used for the designated purpose of promoting the Royal British Legion's work. It may also be included on the central Royal British Legion image library for use by other Royal British Legion representatives.
If at any time you would like to withdraw your consent for the use of your photograph for the purposes stated above, please contact meetups@britishlegion.org.uk.
