For the first time veterans will be identified in the 2021 census and will no longer be hidden in plain sight. After four years of hard-fought campaigning, legislation was finally passed in June 2020.
We regularly contribute to Government reviews, Parliamentary Committee inquiries and consultations being run by other organisations.
Approximately 1 in 10 of the UK population are members of the Armed Forces community, but we know little about what their needs might be.
