The branch committee have recently voted to reduce the amount of information that should be stored on our branch web page. To achieve this we are adhering to the following guidance:

• Details of the formation of the branch, branch history and the Dedication of the Standard
should remain on the website permanently

• Photos and details of any fundraising events and presentations – 12 months

• Photos and details of our informal meals – 6 months
