"Located in the coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea, close to the popular resorts of Eastbourne and Brighton, our aim at Mais House is to help each resident get the most out of life, whether that is by providing round-the-clock care or helping them to live more independently. It's somewhere our residents can feel is their real home, for as long as they are with us.

Like every Royal British Legion Care Home, we are exclusive to ex-Service people and their dependants. But we like to think we are a particularly friendly and welcoming Home where there is always something going on for residents to enjoy.

We have 48 single and three double bedrooms with en suite facilities, many of which enjoy garden views. Our caring team of nurses and care assistants are on hand 24 hours per day to provide care whenever it is needed.

There's a lot more to life at Mais House than we can show you on this website. If you would like further information, or to arrange a visit, please contact us on the telephone number above."
