Remembrance
The Royal British Legion is the nation's custodian of Remembrance, ensuring that people remember those who have given their lives for the freedom we enjoy today. The poppy has become the symbol of Remembrance worn during the weeks leading to Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day.
Schools and Learning
We are committed to bringing the message of Remembrance to the younger generation. Our Learning Pack provides curriculum resources and Poppy Travel arranges tours for schools and youth groups.
The National Memorial Arboretum
The NMA is the UK's living and lasting memorial to those who have given their lives in the service of their country or as a result of conflict and is home to the Armed Forces Memorial.
Lost Trails
Use our online service to make contact with old Service friends and colleagues or search for news of former comrades and their families.
We will remember them
Our Armed Forces experience casualties almost every week. This site helps to maintain the memory of those who have given their lives in the Service of their country.
The Poppy
The poppy is the symbol of Remembrance and of the Poppy Appeal. Poppy Collectors appear in late October so everyone can make a donation and wear their poppy for Remembrance.
