How to apply

Contact the RBL if you are having financial difficulty and need to speak to someone about your circumstances. A member of staff from our Contact Centre will discuss your circumstances and any difficulties you are experiencing. They will then allocate your case to the relevant team, to a dedicated member of staff who is best placed to help you. As they work with you, the Children’s Welfare fund will be considered for potential support for you if required.
