Poppy Advice - Pensions, Benefits & Compensation Claims

We offer a broad range of advice in areas of interest to the serving and ex-Service community.

The Legion's Pensions and Disability Benefits Department helps ex-Service people make new War Pension claims, gives free representation at appeal hearing cases and helps with war widows' pension claims and compensation cases.

Every year we help 5,500 ex-Service men and women with new War Pension claims and give free representation at some 5,000 appeal cases.

Because we care, we'll campaign for your claim. And we can provide a wide variety of advice on your rights, the benefits you could receive and other entitlements.

There is also a confidential, face-to-face benefits and money advice service available to help people manage their personal finances.
