RBL's Independent Inquest Advice (IIA) can support you through the complicated process of an inquiry and inquest after a bereavement in what is already a difficult and painful time.

If you've been bereaved as a result of Service, the inquiry and inquest (or fatal accident inquiry in Scotland) can be a daunting prospect. We can support you through the complicated process of an inquiry and inquest after a bereavement in what is already a difficult and painful time.

The IIA service provides free, independent and expert legal advice and assistance for the families of those who've died in Service, including Reservists on active Service.
