How do I enter the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 ballot?

The public ballot entry system for the 2018 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 has reached its capacity of 80,000 entries and is now closed.

When do I find out if I have been successful in the ballot?

Everyone who applied in the ballot was notified of the ballot results by post in February 2018.

How can I call the helpdesk?

The telephone number for the helpdesk is 020 7902 0212. The helpdesk is open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

What type of bicycle can I ride in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100?

The following bicycles are permitted:

  • Standard road and hybrid bicycles
  • Single-speed (both fixed and freewheel) bicycles are allowed as long as they have suitable brakes
  • Mountain bikes are allowed – although please use slick tyres to conserve energy
  • Tandems if officially entered (see below)

What accommodation options are available?

How do I get to the Start?

The start of the ride is between 05:45-09:45 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) – formerly the Olympic Park – in Stratford. You will be notified of your wave time by Prudential Ride London by the end of June. There will be no parking on the day within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park or at Westfield, Stratford. There are park and ride locations and drop off points, details will be emailed out in June.

What is the Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show?

The Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show will take place at ExCeL, 2 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL from Thursday 26 July to Saturday 28 July 2018. You will need to attend this to collect your registration pack. Visit The Royal British Legion stand to meet the team and pick up resources and information, more details will be emailed to you.
