Do you feel in tune with the ideals of the Royal British Legion? 

If so, we would be delighted to welcome you to one of our meetings or social activities.

Copythorne is a friendly, fun-loving, active and enthusiastic branch that takes a pride in the welcome it extends to new members and visitors. We welcome men and women of all ages, whether they have served in the Armed Forces or not. 

The level of member involvement varies dramatically: many fully support everything we do while others happily pay the annual membership fee but prefer not to attend our meetings.

 You won't be pressured into serving on a committee, you won't have to spend hours selling poppies (although that helps) and you won't be asked to book speakers, arrange social evenings, run  the draw or organise trips (unless you want to!).

You will meet many new friends, enjoy a range of enjoyable activities, hear from fascinating guest speakers and experience considerable camaraderie whilst providing support to the men and women of our Armed Forces who need your help.
