In order to promote responsible gambling, a
maximum of 20 raffle entries may be bought per new person playing
our raffles (44 tickets for previous players). Any requests to
purchase entries above these limits may be considered at the
discretion of the promoter. Please telephone 0800 954 0256 or email
raffenquiries@britishlegion.org.uk
and provide us with your telephone number so that we can contact
you. |
| 4. |
The Raffle is open to all mainland Great Britain
residents over the age of 16 (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle
of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses and is due to Gambling
Commission legislation). It is illegal for tickets or raffle
entries to be sold to, or by a person under 16 years of age. Any
person found to be under 16 years of age automatically forfeits the
right to any prize. |
| 5. |
Raffle entries may be purchased online using a
credit card. We regret that purchases may only be made using a
credit card, debit cards are not accepted. This is because debit
cards may be obtained by persons under the age of 16, and we
experience great difficulty in verifying a cardholder's age. |
| 6. |
Raffle entries must be purchased
online before midnight on 16th January 2012. The closing date for
postal entries is 16th January 2012. Late entries will

February 2012.
