Terms and conditions of entry
In order to participate in a Royal British Legion cycle ride,
you must agree to the following conditions. Please read this page
carefully it contains important information.
1. Deposit
In return for a place on The Royal British Legion's bike
rides, participants must pay an entry fee. A deposit of £140

balance payment is due no later than eight weeks prior to the ride.
This will be £450, payable no later than Friday 8
July.
2. Sponsorship
Participants must also commit to raising a minimum amount
of sponsorship money (£800). This can be paid to The Royal British
Legion at any point prior to the ride, but must be received no

in the participant forfeiting their place on the ride.

of the ride to be eligible. Riders between the ages of 16 and 18
may only take part if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

completely non-refundable. If the balance has been paid and
participants drop out 6 weeks or more prior to the ride, we will
refund 50% of the balance. If participants drop out between 4 and 6
weeks before the ride, we will refund 25% of the balance. If
