Each name is inscribed in the book on the date that they passed away. The Book of Remembrance can be viewed by friends and family by simply visiting us at 199 Borough High Street, London - no appointment is necessary.

For nearly 90 years, the Legion has led the country in remembering the courage of our Armed Forces. These are men and women whose bravery has put them in the firing line, from the trenches of World War I to the front line in Afghanistan.

Every gift left to us In Memoriam, every gift left to us as a legacy in a Will, helps us to provide the practical and emotional support so many ex-Service men and women and their families need. It could help install a stair lift for an elderly veteran and enable him to retain his independence. Or ensure that a badly injured soldier receives the disability pension he deserves.
