The Great Centenary Charity Auction

The Great Centenary Charity AuctionDo you have any First World War memorabilia such as uniforms, medals, postcards or antiques and collectibles from the 1920s to the 1960s?

You can find a new home for your items and help The Royal British Legion fund research into reducing the effects of bomb blast injuries by taking part in The Great Centenary Charity Auction.

The auction is being supported by ipostparcels.com, part of the UK Mail Group. ipostparcels.com will manage the collection and delivery of items donated to the auction. See details below of how you can arrange collection of your items.

So starting hunting out those treasures now. The first auction is planned for 21 September at Raynham Hall in Norfolk and will be run by James & Sons on location and online. It will be streamed online at www.the-saleroom.com

Non-military items, such as stamp and coin collections will also be considered for inclusion in the auction. For queries related to auction items contact enquiries@greatauction.org  

Sending your items for auction

The Great Centenary Charity Auction is being supported by ipostparcels.com, part of the UK Mail Group. Ipostparcels.com are offering pick-up and delivery of items donated to the auction from members of the public at a reduced rate (90%).

To take advantage of the discount when submitting your item via ipostparcels.com, first email auction@britishlegion.org.uk for full instructions and your reduced rate code. Please note you will receive a response within 24 hours of your initial email.

The discount offer is on parcels up to a maximum weight of 25kg and not exceeding 80cm x 80cm x 80 cm in size.
