Planting of Remembrance crosses at St Paul's Cathedral, London.
Wednesday 4 November - Welsh National Field of Remembrance
Opening of the field for planting of Remembrance crosses at Cathay's Park, Cardiff. The Field is open until Sunday 15 November.
Thursday 5 November - City of London Poppy Day
Lloyd's Branch of the Legion target the City's railway stations

His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh plants a Remembrance Cross at the Field of Remembrance, Westminster Abbey. The Field is open until Sunday 15 November.
Saturday 7 November - Festival of Remembrance
The Legion’s own special tribute at The Royal Albert Hall

Commemorative service in Westminster Abbey, London after the passing of the last remaining WWI survivors living in the UK during 2009

Wednesday 11 November - an act of Remembrance on the River Thames
A unique event culminating in a two minute silence outside the Houses of Parliament.
Wednesday 11 November - London Lights
From dusk, the London Eye will turn red and poppies will be projected onto the nearby Shell Building.

A special poppy tribute and Remembrance service at the Menin Gate, Ypres, Belgium
