My Grandad Frederick Davies would of served in the second world war but unfortunately he passed away in 1988 when I was 9 years old. I was wondering if I could find out where he served and for what regiment? It would be great to read up on the history of what he achived. If this is possible it would be great to hear from you. He was born in 1914 and at the time lived in Weoley Castle in Birmingham beofre moving to 21 Nursery Road in Harborne, Birmingham. Please let me know if I can supply you with any further information.
