The idea of the project is to photograph WW2 veterans across Europe including UK, Russia, Germany, Poland and France within their personal environment. As many of these people have either passed away or are elderly and in the light of the 65th Anniversary of the end of WW2, I feel that now is a timely moment to document these great individuals to in order to provide a historical visual document that will have value for my generation and many generations to come.
I would also like to introduce you to some of my work on the series which I've shot already. Please provide me with your e-mail adress and I will send you some image examples asap.
