In October 1946, my daughter's mother-in-law – with her girl’s name Ursula Winewski - who is also co-grandparent to my grandson, was born in Metelen in Westphalia, west of Münster. Her father was a British officer stationed in Metelen from autumn 1945 until the spring of 1946; his name is Capt Howard Miller. The family would now very much like to trace Howard Miller.
