Number plastic-free poppies laid down on a surface and overlapping

Help us raise money during our most important fundraising campaign of the year.

Each year thousands of amazing volunteers across the country help raise millions of pounds during the Poppy Appeal to support the Armed Forces community.

RBL would like your support as a Poppy Appeal Organiser. As an individual, or a representative of a group, club, or business you can coordinate the Poppy Appeal within your local area.

Or as a Poppy Appeal Collector, you can make a difference by raising vital funds to help support the Armed Forces community and their families by collecting donations from the public during the two weeks of the Poppy Appeal at the end of October at locations all around the UK.

In either role, you can help raise awareness, helping people find out more about what the Royal British Legion does and how they can support.

Please note after October 2023 it may not always be possible to fulfil all volunteer requests due to the timeframes required to register and onboard new volunteers.

If it is not possible to involve you in time for this year, we will contact you again after the Poppy Appeal to begin registration and onboarding for Poppy Appeal 2024.  There are also opportunities to volunteer across the RBL outside of the Poppy Appeal campaign, which you can find here.
