The Taffy Matthews Cup (Small Branches) is an Award to Small Branches to give them equal opportunity to win an award of equal value to that given to Large Branches by encouraging good branch management, recruitment and increases in the Poppy Appeal as well as good attendance at Group and County Meetings.
