 Rugby Schoolchildren Remember

In Rugby, children from Boughton Leigh Junior School made a wreath as a class project.

Each pupil made a poppy and wrote a message.

These were combined into a group wreath which was laid at the cenotaph on Mill Road.

Pupil Sam Boazman wrote: “It is important to remember that all those who died in the war were trying to save us and our country”.

Their teacher, Angela Marsay said: “I am so proud of the children and their attitude towards such an important day.”
