Warwickshire Royal British Legion
County Annual Luncheon

Saturday 24th April 2010

A group of aroud 60 members of Warwickshire RBL descended on the Royal Court Hotel Kersley in Coventry, for the first ever annual Luncheon of the Warwickshire County.

The Event was organised by the County Manager Mr. Sebastian Hargreaves and was headed by the County President Lt. Commander Bob Stevens and the County Chairman Mr Philip Wilson.

The Guest speaker was Mr. Charles Baggot Jewitt who is the Director of the National Memorial Arbouretum in Arelwas Staffordshire. He gave an excellent talk that was enjoyed by all those who attended. He layed out the future of the NMA which is both exciting and very impressive.

After the meal the concensous was that it should be repeated and is hoped that it could be spread to more members as this year it was over suscribed. By the looks it will be a popular event
