Jo Woodgate

The Funeral of Lance Corporal of Horse Jonathan Woodgate aged 26, from The Blues and Royals B Squadron, Household Cavalry Regiment, was held at Lavenham on Friday 23rd April 2010. The event was attended by some 40 Standards, mostly from the Royal British Legion, who lined the approach to the church and formed a Guard of Honour. It was reported that about 1000 people were either on the streets, inside and even outside the church, for the service. The burial afterwards was held at Chelsworth.
