Membership Application Forms
Currently Haig House has run out of membership application
forms and should branches need any they should contact the County
Secretary.
Revised Procedures for the Election of County
Chairmen and Vice Chairmen
Branch Secretaries were asked to note that the ballot
paper and the pre-paid envelope must be signed by two members of
the branch committee (see Management Handbook 2.1.2.1).
Branch Efficiency Competition
2010/11
The completed forms for participating in the 2010/2011
Branch Efficiency Competition should be at the County Office by
25th November 2011.
Branch Accounts
Branch accounts must be accompanied by
copies of the relevant bank statement(s), as well as the 'Authority
to Disclose' form (these were now annual requirements).
Additionally, Head of Finance had asked for the accounts to be sent
to County Offices by the end of November 2011 (rather than the end
of December as stated in the Royal Charter). Further, if any branch
was having trouble meeting these requirements, or needed an
Independent Examiner (IE), the County Secretary should be
contacted.
MS1
Branches were reminded that the completed MS1 should be at
the County Office by the end of December 2011.
Cups/Trophies
All cups and trophies should now be returned to the County
Office.
2012 Church
Parades
Branches are asked to
advise the County Office of dates they propose to hold their Church
Parades in 2012 by 5th December 2011 - if
possible.
