Branch/Club Secretaries

 

 

National Conference - Delegates

 

Branches are reminded that the application form for sending a delegate to National Conference must be submitted no later than the 13th April 2012. If you cannot find your copy I have spares in the County Office.

 

County Executive Meetings - Change of Venue

 

Please note that all future County Executive Meetings will be held in the County Office, Network House, Oxon Business Park at 1400 hrs. The next meeting is on Saturday 21st April 2012.

 

County Training

 

The list of training courses for 2012 is on this Website. Please pass all requests to the County Office - as soon as possible. In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the courses which will take place in the County Office, Shrewsbury.

 

Membership Application Forms

 

We now have a small stock of the new membership application forms in the County Office.

 

2012 Church Parades

 

A list of the known Branch Church Parades for 2012 is attached, which has been copied from the County Website. I would appreciate being advised soonest of any late submissions.

 

County Handbook

 

The 2012 County Handbook is now at the printers and is expected to be available early April.
