Membership Update

All Direct Debit membership cards will be despatched to members by 12th September 2011.

 

Cash cards will be despatched to branches by 14th September 2011.

 

Membership packs will be sent to the Branch Membership Secretary, where there is no Membership Secretary the cards will be sent to the Branch Secretary. The Membership Pack will contain:

 

·        Membership cards for all cash paying members in that branch with a renewal date of 01/10/2011.

·        A branch membership listing of all members as at 1st August 2011.

·        A Cash Card Invoice for the cash payers in that branch.

·        Form MS6/11 (Card Return).

·        A list of members registered to pay their subscriptions by Direct Debit on 3rd October 2011.

·        Clubs registered for DDSP will receive a list of their members who are registered to pay their club subscription by DD and will pay their club subscription on 3rd October 2011. The list will be sent to the Club Secretary in October 2011 once confirmation of collection of club subscriptions has been received.
