We're busy in Kent developing activities and events to raise funds for the Poppy Appeal.  We invite you to get involved!

Each year the demand for our support continues as Service men and women, young and old, call on us for assistance. There are many ways you can help including making a donation, volunteering your time, participating in a fundraising event and supporting the Poppy Appeal.

There are two types of fundraising, the annual poppy apeal, and other ongoing activities like, the London Marathon - Skydiving-  Pedal to Paris- the Honour Walk -Non uniform day at school and many more alike.

EVENTS

Sky Diving - you could parachute for free if you raise funds for the Poppy Appeal.  For more details, download our Information Pack or contact your Community Fundraiser.

We always need people to get involved in our Annual Poppy Appeal collection during Remembrancetide. Whether it's two hours of your time collecting, or a day helping to collect boxes, or a few weeks spent overseeing the organisation of the collection...  every offer of help can make a difference to what we raise- and you find we often have some fun along the way!  Visit our Poppy Appeal pages to find out more.

Annual Poppy Walk - join us in May for our annual Poppy Walk in Broadstairs.  Held in the beautiful gardens of our Legion Care Home in Kent, Maurice House, everyone is welcome (including dogs) and this year we are running a compeition for children who want to join us.  For more details and a sponsor form, contact our County Poppy Appeal Co-ordinator or Community Fundraiser, Jane Taylor.

Annual Poppy Luncheon.  Kindly hosted by the Officer's Mess at Brompton Barracks each October, you can enjoy fine dining in an exclusive atmosphere with special guest speaker and string quartet this is a lovely afternoon and a great fundraiser for the Poppy Appeal.  For more details contact your Community Fundraiser.
