'Legion' magazine

The magazine focuses on the Legion's ongoing activities with lively coverage of our recent and upcoming initiatives, events and campaigns. Issues of particular interest to the Service and ex-Service community are also covered, as well as book and film reviews and our ever-popular Lost Trails section.

This newsletter is distributed monthly to each of our 3,000 branches. It is designed to keep members informed about news and initiatives within the organisation as a whole.

The New Royal Charter

First granted to the Legion in 1925, The Royal Charter lays down the objects and the powers of the organisation as a whole. A new 'plain-English' version recently came into force, bringing the language fully into the 21st century. All members, volunteers and field staff should now work from the new Charter.
