The Legion is a major voice for serving and ex-Service people.
We campaign on their behalf throughout the year. We will continue to press for change for as long as the needs of veterans and their dependants remain unrecognised.
The Royal British Legion works with all political parties to further the cause of the serving and ex-Service communities.
We campaign on a range of issues, but our work is currently dominated by the Honour the Covenant campaign. This campaign is focusing on compensation, healthcare and support for bereaved families.
A summary of all the issues which concern us is available here. They include War Pensions, support for older veterans, endowment mortgage compensation, non-UK nationals serving in the UK.
