Curtis Family 715X195 Can the Legion help you?

Are you facing a Service inquiry and inquest?

If you've been bereaved as a result of Service, the inquiry and inquest (or fatal accident inquiry in Scotland) can be a daunting prospect. The process is complicated and can cause a great deal of frustration at what is already a difficult and painful time.

We understand this.

How can the Legion help?

Our Independent Inquest Advice service provides the families of those who've died in Service - including Reservists on active Service - with free, independent and expert legal advice and assistance.

We can be with you every step of the way: advice and support are provided by our experienced solicitors at all stages of the investigation. If necessary we can also refer you to specialist lawyers and other agencies.

How do I find out more? Please get in touch.
