Can we help?

Are you unhappy with the result of your compensation claim?

If your application for a War Pension or Armed Forces Compensation is rejected, or if you think the level of your award under either scheme is too low, the Legion can help you.

You dispute a decision by appealing to the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency. Once your appeal is lodged, the matter is heard and considered by a tribunal (the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber) which will rule on the issue.

We can tell you how to lodge an appeal, we'll support you through the process and - most importantly - we'll represent you at the tribunal if you wish. All of this is free of charge.
