Can we help?

Have you suffered an injury or illness due to Service?

If you have a compensation claim arising from your Service the Legion can help you through the process.

There are two ways to deal with this, depending on when your illness or injury happened:

On or before 5 April 2005

We can help you claim under the War Pensions Scheme.

The Scheme is administered by the Ministry of Defence through the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency.

On or after 6 April 2005

We can help you claim under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme.

The Scheme is administered by the Ministry of Defence through the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency.

"Really helped with my compensation claim and made the process simple. Nice to know professionals are there to help and guide."

Has someone close to you died as a result of Service in the Armed Forces?

We can help you to claim any entitlement if you are the widow, widower, partner or dependant of someone who died as a result of Service in the Armed Forces.
