CHAIRMANS LETTER 2011-2012
|
|
Dear Comrade
Once again we are fast
approaching the busiest time of the Legion year. Your
Branch and Club subscriptions are due for renewal as of
1st October 2011. I would ask that you pay your
subscription as soon as possible after this date by putting your
old card, or
your name and address, and the appropriate fee, into the "RED BOX"
situated
inside the front door of the Club premises. Your new card will be
posted out to
you. I would ask that only the correct money is put in the box,
any
overpayments will be donated to the Poppy Appeal. Branch
subscriptions have
increased by direction of annual conference. By £1 this year and
will rise by
£1 each year for the next 6 years.

this time of year, so if you can spare a few hours to help with
the door to

Finally, the Branch and club committee's are always in need of
new members. These are vital roles within the legion and new
committee members are needed to ensure the future of both branch
and club. May I take this opportunity to thank you for your
continuing support.
Yours in comradeship
