The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.
The Legion reinforces its guardianship of Remembrance by informing people of all ages about the importance of remembering those from the British Armed Forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice, and those who fought and are fighting still for the freedoms we enjoy.
Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives in the service of our country.
View our Events calendar for details of Remembrance services and related events. We'll be updating this through the year.
