Refreshed Lyons Coffee brand supports the Poppy Appeal

Iconic coffee brand, Lyons, has run off
the production line for the first time at the United Coffee
roastery in Dartford, featuring an on the pack donation to The
Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and starting a new generation for
the British favourite.
Anne Allen, Deputy Mayor of Dartford and Michelle Campbell, Business Development Manager at The Royal British Legion, were among those who witnessed the first packs leaving the line and celebrated over lunch with employees from the roastery.
Marcus Swift, Commercial Director, United Coffee UK & Ireland commented "We're excited that the new Lyons coffee has started to run off the production line and we're delighted to raise valuable funds for a brilliant cause. Lyons has a long history and we're pleased to have modernised its look and taste, while retaining its heritage."
The 104-year-old brand has launched with a new look and an extended range and will be hitting the shelves from November. The range of roast and ground coffees will include three blends to suit different occasions and moods. Lyons Good Morning (Bright Breakfast Coffee) is the ideal wake-up call. Coffee Break (Smooth All-Day Coffee) is a vibrant blend that can be enjoyed throughout the day. The luxurious Gourmet Italian (Rich Evening Coffee) is the perfect after-dinner drink.
