The Legion is looking to engage the Facebook and Twitter community with a new online social networking tool, designed to be a focal point for a new supporter community.
LegionLive has 'Poppy' at the helm - a virtual reporter whose blog is the main feature of the site. LegionLive uses a wide range of social media tools to encourage the online community to connect and share stories and advice. Private messaging, member profiles, friends, groups, a wall and forums are all available with close links to this website, the Legion's YouTube channel and other Legion related sites. Visit www.legionlive.org.uk
There are lots of Legion branches with their own Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as many supporters who have set up their own causes etc. You can follow Poppy from LegionLive on Facebook and Twitter too. Or use the share feature on any of our pages to spread the word about Legion activities to your friends.
