Festival of Remembrance 2015

7 November 2015

Poppies falling at the Festival of Remembrance

This annual Festival, held at the Royal Albert Hall, commemorates and honours all those who have lost their lives in conflicts, and is both a moving and enjoyable evening hosted by The Royal British Legion.

There is a matinee (2.00pm) and an evening performance (7.00pm) - both are exactly the same except that the Royal Family attend only the evening performance.

Members of the Legion and the Women's Section can purchase tickets for the afternoon matinee performance only, directly from the Royal Albert Hall from 9.00am on Wednesday 1 July, either by phone, online, in person or by post.

To book, please call the Royal Albert Hall Box Office on 020 7589 8212 or visit www.royalalberthall.com and provide the offer code sent to your branch. Each member must be prepared to quote their branch and membership number when booking.

Please note there is a strict limit of 8 tickets per member and up to a maximum of 5 separate membership numbers may be quoted per booking transaction. Group bookings of 9 tickets or more will NOT be accepted.

Further information is available in the Festival of Remembrance Special Circular (pdf).

Tickets for the evening performance are not publicly available.

The Festival of Remembrance is broadcast on BBC radio and television. Check local guides for details.

A special DVD of the Festival will be available early in Jan/Feb following the performance from the Legion's Poppy Shop. The 2014 Festival of Remembrance DVD is available here, or call +44 (0) 300 1239 110.
